The Green Room - The Conference Venue in North Norfolk

The Environment:

We are justly proud of our elite green tourism business scheme Gold Award and are committed to providing clients with an ethical and responsible experience which is clear to see throughout our award winning 5-star letting cottages, swimming pool and meetings venues including:

  • Provision of recycling facilities in all cottages and
    conference area
  • Supply of recycled pens, pencils, paper, conference folders and tent cards 
  • Unused water is used to water our plants
  • Glass bottles are recycled
  • Fairtrade tea and coffee is served at breaks



Our conference facilities

Our purpose built, eco-friendly conference centre caters for all your business needs;  an off-site meeting venue for the day, a away from the office meeting room for a couple of hours,  a training or conference facility for the week or simply a quiet place to hold that important meeting.

Set in the quiet Norfolk countryside surrounded by rolling farmland  close to the beautiful North Norfolk coast and cultural and retail hub of Norwich, The Green Room is ideally located for both business and leisure.

Whether it is a conference, product launch, training, team building, exhibition  or any other business activity needed a well presented venue the Green Room team will to ensure you have everything you need.

Businesses can hire the room on a self-catering basis or we can provide all levels of catering from 'at the desk' light lunches, tea, coffee & biscuits to meals.

The Green Room is ground floor level and fully accessible. It has up to date communications technology and data projectors and a large screen TV for presentations. It can seat up to 18 with a boardroom layout up to 24 for a theatre style.
